Manisha lives in Toronto, Ontario, which is situated on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is also home to many other diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

Manisha completed her Bachelor of Architecture from Aayojan School of Architecture (University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India) in the year 2009. Having accumulated more than seven years of experience as an architecture professional in both India and Toronto, her passion for research drove her to return to school in 2021. She pursued a Post Graduate Certificate Program in Research Analysis at Humber College in Toronto while simultaneously immersing herself in the study of Forest Management and Conservation at the University of British Columbia, reflecting her deep-seated affection for nature.

At YellowTree, Manisha enjoys working as a Prospect Researcher, understanding the funding needs of our clients and conducting diligent research to identify well-aligned funding opportunities for them. She also publishes our monthly newsletters, handles a part of our social media (LinkedIn) and website. She has always harbored a desire to delve into the humanitarian & social aspects in her profession and feels fortunate to have the opportunity to do so at YellowTree. She is a member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA).

She actively participates in volunteering for the City of Toronto at various local events and contributing to several non-profits, both in-person and virtually. She also consistently devotes her time to volunteer at a community temple in Toronto, as a part of her spiritual engagement.

She loves going for walks in nature and immersing herself in the beauty of it. She likes to do yoga, sing, dance, read spiritual books, draw, or paint in her leisure time.

For her, Life is Good ☺
